need to run a report by directive, displaying involved personnel names, findings, etc. I'm able to do it by allegation, class, sub-class, but not the specific directive

Entering Vehicle pursuit specific information. In damage amounts, the property box and the other box are linked when printing. When you put an amount in one field and hit print, it shows in both categories and vice versa...

When an allegation is added and then under the add new action taken, you are able to enter action taken, date, and narrative, et al. How can I find this information after the file has been concluded?

Thanks for your help. I've been playing around with the create reports feature and have about the 90% solution. I was having trouble with the query builder but am getting better at it. The or before and tip was very helpful.

This is a fairly simple process, your IT will need to create a new SQL Login called IA_ADM_RO. Then all they need to do is to assign db_DataReader and db_DenyDataWriter access to that log for the IADATA database.

Has anyone set up Read Only Tables to run reports using Access? Initially I thought this would be a valid process of running reports, but received this e-mail from my IT person..

"We’re having trouble getting a user id set up that is truly read only. I’ve asked a couple of coworkers for help and we’ve tried a few different things.

You know there’s like a million tables in there, right? I’m not sure how easy it will be for you to do the queries you need… here’s a print-screen of the first few tables…"

The Report I'm trying to run correlates use of the Taser to the race of the Suspect.

I was able to find some of them, assign a number, then delete with that number as the admin. still having trouble finding all of them

I have some test Blue Team entries that I need to delete. they do not have IA numbers and I am unable to do the right-click thing. any options?

I am completing our SB90 forms and I use the Reports - Time and Efforts Stats for hours. However, I need the tasks summary associated with each task to print out as well. Can you lead me in the right direction? Thank you.
