If you look in the incident explorer area, the icons do change based on the disposition of the incident.

Also, if you click the "Settings" button in the upper left hand corner of the IAPro screen, you can check a box to allow you not to see the closed incidents in What's New." This box has to be checked for each machine running IAPro.
Larry

Post Subject: Cruiser accident/UOF/pursuit icons

Posted By: Paul L'Italien
Agency: Massachusetts State Police

We are just starting to enter our Cruiser accidents, Use of force incidents and pursuit information into IA Pro. When closing the case we do not see any difference in the icon for these incidents. In other words unlike personnel investigation folders that change colors when the case is closed the icons have the same appearance and you can't tell the status of the case without opening it and going to the status tab.

Is there a way to change the appearance of the icons to illustrate that the case is closed and completed. Thank you.

Post Subject: Re: Adding documents to old (closed) cases

Posted By: Paul L'Italien
Agency: Massachusetts State Police

Thank you that enabled the process.

Post Subject: Re: How do we set up purview for Blue Team users

Posted By: Michael Blumberg
Agency: CI Technologies

Paul --

Check that there are employees with current assignments that match the organizational elements you've configured for the purview.

In other words, if someone has purview over "District 4", ensure that at least one employee has that as his/her current assignment at that level.
